LawHelp Australia is a catalyst for righteousness and social justice with a legal focus. The community and lawyers can benefit from this site and can use this site as a platform for pressing issues and to find legal tips and information. Our mission is to: LawHelp Australia is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing legal information to the public in an easy-to-use, accessible and culturally relevant way. This includes heavy focus on publication of legal rights (both substantial and procedural) in as many diverse languages as resources will allow so as to be able to reach the vast and growing immigrant and underprivileged classes of Australia. LawHelp is currently focusing its efforts in Victoria and hopes to expand to other states in due course. Its goal is to become the ‘first port of call’ for easy to understand legal information, especially produced in the native language of the audience. LawHelp is also producing a television program (a panel-based interview/discussion show) to further its goals.
