We focus on assisting investors in Non-Performing Loan underwriting, as well as sourcing and advising on all kinds of property debt investment opportunities, from senior/mezzanine loans to special situations. Although primarily active on the lending/investment side, the firm is also able to assist borrowers on a case-by-case basis. The company was founded by real estate finance professionals based in Paris with a combined experience in excess of 40 years within major financial institutions or investment houses, and a track record of over €12 bn of real estate finance transacted or managed across Europe. Through their strong network focused on lending, non-performing loans, and real estate markets, they are able to originate off-market transactions in France.
