Lazteo é un proxecto colaborativo cuxo obxectivo é mitigar o impacto ambiental da industria láctea galega. A través da investigación e da innovación, traballarase para desenvolver prácticas sostibles, locais e avanzadas tecnolóxicamente para optimizar a produción e reducir a pegada ambiental nun 10% para 2030.
Este proxecto recibe financiamento da Axencia Galega de Innovación e do Instituto Galego de Promoción Económica e conta co financiamento do Fondo Europeo de Desenvolvemento Rexional (FEDER) no marco do Programa Galicia FEDER 2021-2027.
