Ici, c’est une bande de bons vivants qui proposent leur version des grands classiques de la streetfood US : Pulled pork, Ribs, Brisket, Burgers.
Nos viandes sont cuites selon les codes traditionnels du BBQ : « Low and Slow ». On ne fait bien que ce que l'on fait en douceur ainsi nos viandes, sélectionnées avec soins, cuisent à basse température jusqu'à 18h, pour un goût délicatement fumé et infiniment de tendresse.
