LB Bulgaricum PLC is the only public company in the dairy processing sector in Bulgaria. We are proud of the decades of tradition we have in the production and export of dairy products, starter clultures and techonogies.
Our main mission is to protect the traditional recipes for the production of real Bulgarian dairy products and keep their authentic taste and healthy properties. We are the only leader in the country in terms of technological production, export of know-how and starter cultres for traditional yogurt and dairy products.
LB Bulgaricum possesses two production units - in Sofia and Vidin, as well as a moder center for research and development for sturter cultures and healthy food. The center is also place where we store a unique collection of more than 1 000 lactic acid bacteria and more than 100 different combinations of starter cultures.
Every day our skilled experts ensure the quality of the products made and closely supervise the production process.
