The Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCREC) is the leading CRE networking group for the greater Long Beach and South Bay area. We are advocates for investment, development, and the opportunity for our members to drive change in the communities we serve. These communities include CRE brokerage, construction, lending, title & escrow, local government and other related fields. LBCREC meets monthly from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. every SECOND Friday at The Grand Long Beach. Typical meetings feature opportunities for peer-to-peer networking and deal-making, as well as an industry expert guest speaker who shares information about the Long Beach CRE market.
