LCGN was founded in 2012. It moved into the current Chambers practice in 2021. We currently have 10 qualified lawyers (some of whom carry the additional qualification of patent agents as well) and 6 support staff. Our practice areas span commercial litigation, with a significant portion of if in patent litigation. We also dedicate around 30% of our resources and time to non-fee based work including in service and criminal law matters.
We are noted for the unique skill set of marrying the client's commercial needs to solutions in law and our success rate across litigation and other contentious domains is over 90%.
We are based out of the National Capital Region, Delhi, and our practice is pan-India with cases in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Shimla, Kolkata, etc.
