LCWINS

The Leadership Council for Women in National Security (LCWINS) is a bipartisan community of senior leaders advancing gender parity in U.S. national security and foreign policy leadership. Our mission is to support women's ascension to the highest levels of decision-making in both the public and private sectors, setting a national expectation that women actively participate in forming the policies that keep our country safe and secure. As a network of accomplished senior public servants, LCWINS offers opportunities, connections, and professional development for the many women who have already and are poised to serve in senior national security and foreign policy decision-making roles. Their collective experience represents the extraordinary impact of inclusive leadership in various domains, including the foreign service, military, intelligence, law enforcement, Congress, academia, think tanks, journalism, the defense industrial base, and more. At LCWINS, we believe women strengthen national security.
