Chris Watson, founder of Self Directed Futures and Chair of the SDS Network England, brings decades of expertise in strategic commissioning and system transformation, with a focus on personalisation, citizenship, and human rights. Ashleigh Fox, a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities and Transforming Care Director at Catalyst Care Group, offers hands-on experience as a service provider, emphasising sustainability, reducing dependency on paid support, and delivering real outcomes for individuals with complex needs. Together, we aim to provide a trusted space for commissioners to share knowledge, explore innovations, and implement change that improves lives and ensures the efficient use of public resources.
