About LDA Minnesota LDA is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) agency located in Minneapolis. Today, LDA is the Twin Cities' leading nonprofit educational agency specializing in learning disabilities for people of all ages. LDA's core values are the principles that underlie and provide guidance for all our organizational actions.
