LDK Ventures, LLC (LDK) is an entrepreneurial real estate development and investment company. LDK has significant experience in the development of master-planned communities, "brownfields," adaptive reuse, mixed-use, multi-family and industrial projects, for which it has received national acclaim. LDK Ventures provides acquisition and development services, asset management, construction management and property management for all LDK development projects and investments. The company’s projects span the Western United States, with properties in the Sacramento, Bay Area, Reno, and Boise markets. LDK Ventures has developed nearly 7,000 acres of property and more than 10 million square feet of industrial buildings. The five principal members of the LDK Ventures executive team have worked together for two decades. LDK Ventures is based in Sacramento, CA and is operated by Larry Kelley and his son, Denton Kelley.
