LDR honed these relationships with substantive understanding of a range of capital market products including rarely executed Interest Rate Swap strategies to Private Placement Bond Financing and everything in between. LDR also has advised on accretive programs like New Market Tax Credits, TIFS, CDDs, 144 A Bond programs and more.
