LDR is a full service real estate Investment and Brokerage company adding value throughout a uniquely designed suite of services. In 2009 LDR's primary goal was to acquire distressed performing and non-performing retail, office and hospitality notes, and REO's from first position lenders that had been impacted by the then current credit market conditions including borrowers of CMBS, mortgage or mezzanine products. It has evolved today with a focus on a Brokerage/Consulting division and an Investment/Development business. LDR's team collectively possess a wide range of value added expertise in Capital Markets which allows for a relatively easy transition to be able to fully evaluate Retail, Office, Land and Multi Family. LDR continues to build its portfolio for its own book, along with select clients/partners and as a consultant on behalf of clients including developers, investors and end users. LDR has seamlessly developed relationships at the "country club" through the growing segment of Family Offices and the typical pockets of banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, CMBS bundlers, life companies, pension funds and state / municipal funds. LDR honed these relationships with substantive understanding of a range of capital market products including rarely executed Interest Rate Swap strategies to Private Placement Bond Financing and everything in between. LDR also has advised on accretive programs like New Market Tax Credits, TIFS, CDDs, 144 A Bond programs and more.
