LE+Passive

L E + Passive is an Architectural and Project Management practice focusing on the application of sustainable and environmental design in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We provide a full range of multidisciplinary services across a diverse range of projects. We apply a philosophy to interpret client briefs fully, creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing buildings which respect their environment and reduce energy usage. Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology is at the core of the LE+P practice work process. We use virtual building modelling in all stages of our projects and this allows us to optimise the delivery of our design services and a buildings energy performance all while giving clients the opportunity to visualise the project before key decisions are made.
