LE VORTEX

The Vortex is a creative approach based on emergence. It can be used individually or collectively, and can be applied to situations of transition, realignment, or to the definition and management of complex projects. The Vortex is based on the de-sequentialization of thought, the decentralization of viewpoints, the de-problematization of situations and the dynamic vision of contexts. These are all counter-intuitive biases that require an important initial work of letting go, concerning cognition, emotions and perceptions. He posits that the phenomenon of emergence is likely to be creative and to represent an alternative to the conventional "divergence/convergence" approach to idea generation. This method, which is the subject of academic research, has been used partially or completely by hundreds of people since its development in 2020.
