LEA Ejendomspartner A/S er din ejendomspartner inden for ejer- og andelsboligforeninger, udlejningsejendomme. Vores mål er at gøre det mere enkelt for dig at eje, drive og udvikle dine ejendomme. Med kontorer i Kolding, Odense, Næstved og København K. administrerer vi foreninger og ejendomsporteføljer over hele landet. LEA Ejendomspartner har et stærkt kapitalgrundlag, mere end 50 erfarne medarbejdere, og et konstant fokus på at udvikle nye digitale løsninger, der gør det mere enkelt at være kunde hos os. LEA Ejendomspartners historie går tilbage til 1978. EDC Poul Erik Bech blev etableret i dette år, og fra første færd var ejendomsadministration en del af forretningen. Denne del blev senere udskilt i et nyt selskab, som således blev til LEA Ejendomspartner. LEA Ejendomspartner A/S består i dag af moderselskabet samt datterselskabet Promana A/S. Selskabet er 100 % ejet af EDC Poul Erik Bech-koncernen. I 2015 gennemførtes et generationsskifte i virksomheden, som betyder, at EDC Poul Erik Bech i dag, for størstedelens vedkommende, er ejet af en almennyttig fond – Poul Erik Bech Fonden.
