Leach & McGuire

Leach & McGuire (previously Leach & Partners) was established in order to provide acquisition advice, property management, building administration and accountancy services to institutional and large-scale private investors seeking to invest in the burgeoning Polish private rented sector (PRS) and student housing markets. Leach & McGuire is a joint venture between ‘Leach & Lang’ and ‘Warsaw Properties’. Both companies in their own right have a very strong presence and a wealth of experience on their respective local markets and had also co-operated successfully with each other for over a decade before joining ranks. Today, Leach & Partners already manage and administrate over 2,000 apartments throughout Poland together employing over 50 qualified and experienced real estate professionals.
