LCS organizes an annual summit that provides training and support to litigators who are on the cusp of serving as lead counsel, to help them master the courtroom, client, and team skills needed to succeed in that role. Through training and promoting summit graduates, and through media and law firm outreach, LCS seeks to achieve its initial goal of having 25% of each graduating class serve in lead counsel roles in significant litigations or appeals within two years of graduation.
