Celebrating over 30 years of developing leaders, LEAD757 is the oldest and largest community leadership organization in Hampton Roads, and one of the oldest and largest in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Together with an expansive network of distinguished alumni, LEAD757 continues our proud tradition of connecting, inspiring and motivating leaders capable of strengthening the region’s prosperity and our place in the Commonwealth. LEAD757 has a network of over 1,700 graduates from the greater Hampton Roads region, representing the private, public and non-profit sectors. Our proactive leaders make substantive, positive changes throughout our region and beyond. LEAD757 has been recognized as a national innovator and model by the Association of Leadership Programs with the National Preceptor Award.
