Vision To be a national leader in ALD care through minimizing the gap in the healthcare community in the management of ALD and generate a network of professionals for continued knowledge sharing on advancements in the treatment of ALD patients. To bring about behavioural modification in patients, by providing psychological management in ALD. Mission The mission of project LEAD is to provide quality LIVER care intervention in a timely and competent manner, and to work with the cooperation of the medical community and the family units of patients to minimize the burden of alcohol related liver disease. Project LEAD through identified professionals is determined to create a co-learning platform for healthcare professionals across the country to discuss and address the concerns of ALD and to provide counseling as an intervention to the patient as well as to the family members.
