Lead The Pack Consulting are experts in developing Business Relationship Management leadership capabilities. Our extensive background in leadership and management coaching and consulting enables us to effectively assist BRM leaders and teams with their unique challenges. Since 2013, we have offered certified BRM training workshops and coaching, supporting Business Relationship Managers, leaders, and teams across diverse organizations and industries. Our coaches, Elka Schrijver and Peter Lijnse, have each received the esteemed Arnie award from the BRM Institute for their contributions to advancing BRM knowledge. Both have been integral to the BRM Institute since its inception, serving as contributing authors to various sections of the BRM Body of Knowledge. Peter and Elka are also authors of “Leading with Impact - Mastering the art of demonstrating value and impact”, “Leading with BRM - Mastering the art of advancing a BRM Capability,” and the business novel "The Hexagon Effect".
