Leadership coaching can feel intimidating or inaccessible to many, but I'm here to change that. My clients are leaders and managers who feel overwhelmed and unsure how to run successful teams, reach their goals, build relationships, and help others grow, too. They may be experiencing imposter syndrome and burnout. I help by building self and social awareness in clients and educating them on self and relationship management. In other words, I specialize in emotional intelligence in group or one-on-one sessions that feel more like getting advice from a friend than being coached.
