LEAD – Israel Youth Leadership Development is a registered non-profit organization that was established 20 years ago to cater to Israel's growing leadership crisis. To do this, LEAD has developed a leadership cultivation mode. This framework allows for us to identify, train and guide Israel's future leaders. The model has been recognized by professionals in Israel and abroad for its innovation, effectiveness and uniqueness. Furthermore, it has been replicated by peer organizations outside of Israel.
