Leadenhall Consulting was initially founded in 2011 to provide Coaching, Leadership Development to firms in the City of London. Since then, the firm has expanded internationally and has coached people in the UK, Continental Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East, India, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Australia, USA, Bermuda and Africa. We initially partnered with firms in insurance and reinsurance, asset and wealth management, private equity and debt, investment banks and financial services. Leadenhall has broadened its' client base and works with firms in telecoms, pharmaceuticals, property and real estate, government, public sector, membership organisations and not-for-profit organisations. Our strengths are: - our team of directors and over 80 coaching and consulting associates have considerable range and depth of experience including at Board and Executive Committee level. - we have developed our own distinctive approach to coaching, team coaching and leadership development which involves a number of innovative approaches - we developed and launched Coaching on Demand our online coaching platform in 2019 and can provide outstanding coaches across any time zone from the United States via Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia - we provide coach training including certified courses for coaches and manager as coach programmes. - we focus on performance and are committed to aligning our work to measurable results
