Leader in Making is an advisory platform to provide experienced, authentic, and trustworthy life and career advice for positive transformational changes in an individual's journey. At Leader in Making, we take a holistic approach to leadership development from early childhood to the corporate executive stage. We focus on the needs of student, new parents, corporate and professionals; offering them expert advice on how to navigate their personal and professional lives. Our primary goal is to unleash the potential of one’s personal and professional growth in a strategic manner so that their movement in life is grounded authentically in their strengths and passion, whilst subsequently preparing them for moments of challenge. Leader in Making is the brainchild of Sunitaa Tank, an International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA Certified Coach and NABET Certified Assessor. Furthermore, her academic proficiency includes a PhD in Human Resources; an MA in Marketing from Guru Jambheshwar University; an Advance Level Certification in Behaviour Testing & Training and a Diploma from the Indian Society of Training and Development. With having groomed more than 10,000 candidates in Parent Counselling, Youth Counselling, Corporate Recruitments, Human Relations, Personality Grooming, Motivational Counselling, Coaching and People Training, she has had a prolific carrier spanning over two decades and still continuing. Through Leader in Making she is executing her dream with great passion of bringing about substantial changes in people’s lives. Her expertise lies in identifying and enhancing the unique qualities of people; while simultaneously helping them in identifying improvement opportunities and developing them through structured coaching interventions. Dr.Tank believes that everyone is a born leader, and if not, can be made one. With Leader in Making, she is realising her visionary move and continues to induce the essence of leadership.
