With expertise in women in leadership, stress management and leadership development of mid-level managers, we help change an organization’s culture for the better. Leader In Motion’s mission is to train mid-level managers and high potential talent on practical tools and methodologies that they can apply in their day to day work. But we don’t just train and leave; we coach and support that talent through tough decision-making and complex situations to create true experiential learning. Our programs span 12 months and include training and one-on-one coaching for each participant. We build deep relationships with the C-Suite so that we can work hand-in-hand to develop the future leaders of the organization.
