Leaders In Making Bootcamp (LIMB)

Leaders in Making Bootcamp- LIMB is a 6-week online leadership and career mentoring program for youths and young adults in Africa. This program is FREE. However, it is only open to individuals who are ready to discover their purpose, sharpen their leadership skills and make impact in their world. OBJECTIVES: To develop exceptional leadership skills in young adults to take on today’s challenges and prepare for future opportunities. To raise responsible young adults who are ready to make meaningful impact in Africa and across the world. To build the capacity of young adults to lead across diverse cultures. To assist young adults in building successful and sustainable career. TIME FRAME: 6 weeks Intensive Program PROGRAM STRUCTURE: This personalized all-encompassing program will incorporate online sessions and membership of a private Facebook group. There will be; Weekly learning sessions, Interactive Live Sessions (online), weekly tasks (individual & team) to be completed and submitted within a specified time frame. This is a Certificate program. However, certificates will only be issued to participants who have successfully completed both individual and group tasks within agreed timeline.
