LEAD is an innovative leadership model applied over a digital platform, that enables leaders to grow through a process of personal and leadership development. The LEAD model supports individual growth and development by examining anchor qualities, balances, and areas of development at the convergence of four leadership bases: Listening, Execution, Analyzing, Dreaming
