Leadership Chester County (LCC) is a program of the United Way of Chester County, provided in partnership with West Chester University and Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. Since 2001, the program has educated business professionals in nonprofit board governance and local social issues, developing their leadership skills and connecting them to nonprofit boards of directors. The mission of LCC is to diversify and enhance these boards with business talent, building the nonprofits' capacity to serve Chester County residents now and in the future.
