Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, entrepreneurship, professional growth and in many management area. There are international exchange programs like internships, working in groups for project and taking initiatives.
Foundation organizes educational programs (not academic education). All the participants programs of the organization gain personal and professional development through practice.
