With more than 25 years of management experience, working in the non-profit sector, in manufacturing and by serving as a consultant in community organizing, school and family involvement, and business; Tami has served in several management positions with proven success. She is an Exemplar Global Certified Quality Management System Auditor. Ms. Damian is a Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer and Coach. She partners with several other professional organizations as an Executive Leadership Facilitator and Trainer. Her greatest presentation is Life Lessons Learned.
