The Leadership Mentorship Program is a pioneering non-profit initiative committed to shaping future leaders. Our mission is to nurture talent in key sectors like technology, entrepreneurship, healthcare, governance, and sports, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to lead with impact. Aligned with Kuwait’s Vision 2035 and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, the program’s first edition focuses on empowering women leaders. We are proud to collaborate with both local and international partners, including the U.S. Embassy, which adds a global perspective to our efforts.
