Leadership Training Platform (LTP) is a start-up company that was established in February 2021. This Platform is being launched out of a desire to connect leaders by providing high-quality online leadership training programs & webinars. It also aims to respond to the need of learning about leadership more than ever where people and true values come first. We believe that leadership is playing an important role in today's organizations and recent events have shown how important is to stay proactive to tackle ever-changing environments in your leadership role if you want to succeed. Therefore, we provide respective leadership training programs in virtual leadership, entrepreneurship, diversity & inclusion, Lean, executive leadership, and related areas by global experts who hold 20+ of professional experience in the field. The Leadership Training Platform is envisioned to contribute to more efficiency and overall success for leaders by providing a platform aiming to deliver up-to-date leadership knowledge and expertise. By that, we seek to build an international leadership community as we firmly believe that it leads to developing more and more leaders enabling them to handle organizational challenges and become change-ready. The founder is a passionate leader herself who was serving in the leadership position of Division B (LT, LV, ES, FI) Director at Toastmasters International, District 108. She has cooperated with many leaders in her life and could clearly see that creating a good leadership atmosphere is a crucial element for success. She is here to embrace her intercultural experiences, networking, and event organization skills by inviting leaders to start creating value together.
