A predicament facing many organizations today is that people are being promoted into leadership positions without being adequately equipped for the role as a leader. I watched technical and church projects with great promise struggle due to leadership challenges. After witnessing these challenges first hand I became passionate about learning to lead others and to help others learn to lead too. Toward that end, I invested over a decade in the study of these principles, applying them to the technology businesses where I spent a number of years as a hands-on technologist before rising to formal leadership roles. My life’s desire is to see people succeed in whatever business or personal venture they are on. This burning desire led me to become a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker.
