LeadershipTools groups leaders into small supportive teams, assigns Leadership e-Coaches for guidance and accountability, delivers proven leadership curriculum on-line, and uses an Action Development methodology that applies and reinforces key leadership skills in the workplace. Time commitments are only an hour a week. LeadershipTools works with middle managers (Managers, Directors, VP's) at mid-sized companies in the United States and Europe.
