Leader's Voice

Recognizing the need for women to be in leadership positions in today’s business world, Women’s Executive Leadership Coach and Feminine Culture Champion Leyah Valgardson founded Leader’s Voice in early 2018 as a way to help professional women advance in their careers, and make a difference in their company’s culture and success. By engaging with Leyah through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, or in a workshop setting, women learn to find, master, and effectively express their unique leader voice. Using the Leader’s Voice system, women can help themselves be heard, have more confidence, feel empowered, take ownership, and be respected – all valued traits of leaders in the workplace. Additionally, Leader’s Voice works with businesses to further promote a culture of female change leadership by creating, establishing, and integrating women forward initiatives. Though based in Provo, Utah, the company reaches professionals globally through podcasts and a variety of social media platforms.
