leadHER is a leadership development program for female students & all who are interested in designing a fair future. Role models that you can identify with are important. Therefore, we feature women, founders & upper management, who have lots of knowledge & experience to pass on 🦸♀️ During our workshops our leadHERs meet you at eye-level, regardless of your seniority, age or experience, while they teach you hard & soft skills e.g., confident presentation, courage to take on responsibility or coding etc. 👁️ During the podcast episodes, you are invited to listen in on the one-on-one conversations with the leadHERs sharing career hacks as well as personal developments 🎙️ Our goal is to empower young women to discover the topics of career and leadership for themselves and to offer the next generations of leaders a variety of role models, even if we do not yet have 50/50 in management levels 🚀 Listen to the latest podcast episode on Spotify: https://spoti.fi/3UUfIhD 🎧
