The DA Leadhership Network for Women is a national movement empowering, connecting, and equipping women in K-12 leadership with the tools, knowledge, and support to drive transformation, innovation, and equity in education. Women make up 76% of educators but hold only 24% of superintendent roles. We’re changing that by building a future where every woman in education has the support and resources to step into leadership with confidence and make a lasting impact.
