With Marti Spiegelman a mentor in the technologies of consciousness, and Todd Hoskins a coach and organization designer in the dynamics of life, the two of them have been having conversations about consciousness and leadership for a decade.
In 2018 they launched a leadership development program together, and then started airing a podcast a year later. In 2023, Marti and Todd, along with Josie Gibson, launched a new live interactive seminar called "A Different Way of Living."
