Leading in Development (LID) Academy is a training company under Raluco Projects and is a 100% black owned business, focused on developmental interventions within Rural and Township areas which is in line with national government’s imperatives on poverty alleviation, job creation and food security operating in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Kwa-Zulu Natal This involves developing an organizational training needs analysis to determine outcomes of learning agricultural skill development in selected areas. Delegates are trained to conduct skills development sales, administration, financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills. The core of our business is providing Skill Development, Support, and Entrepreneurial empowerment, upliftment and skill development to pre-disadvantage environments on the following areas: 1. Farming within animal production 2. Landscaping and Horticulture 3. Farm management and Sales. Our business strategies is focused to an increase of revenue, development and continuous learning activities that meet the needs of the clients, employees customers, enterprise and its stakeholders. We enhance development and employment opportunities within pre-disadvantage environments by injecting environmental change, poverty, employment and social change by providing skills Agricultural development to draw in business investment opportunities within those environments.
