Leading Magnetic Design Ltd designs, develops and manufactures custom-built electromagnetic (EM) wireless telemetry systems for high temperature and pressure downhole environments. Our products are used worldwide in the oil & gas industry and increasingly in Geothermal wells.
We develop and produce versatile EM systems for use in a variety of field conditions including underbalanced and air based systems. Our products include
the Twin EM MWD tool which works simultaneously alongside existing MWDs including the industry standard Tensor platform, and the DST SRO wireless surface readout for drillstem testing.
The Faraday-Link magnetic communication system which is a highly robust short range commutations platform allowing communication across solid metallic barrier such as plugs, packers and mud motors.
