Leading the Change! is an all-women's sailing team that believes in pushing the needle towards gender equity in sailing by creating more opportunities for women to be leaders in the sport, specifically in offshore racing. We believe in developing the next generation of offshore racers. We also strive to grow ocean empathy and increase community awareness of the environmental issues facing our oceans.
