Leading Better Change is about creating a safe space for individuals to contribute your knowledge, practice problem solving and develop your communication and leadership skills. Kyle and Linden wanted to create a space where people can come together and figure things out that are important to creating our future, to give them the opportunity to practice exploring ideas and working together collaboratively.
