Leading Forward

Leading Forward is a community of practice and resource hub that focuses on leadership transitions in the nonprofit sector, in particular those involving leaders of color. We provide guidance to funders in implementing practices that promote investments in more equitable leadership transitions. We provide connections, resources, and a community that address practical needs around transitions while working to catalyze a broader culture shift in the sector.
