We get further, faster. I’m an educator at my core, so when I work with companies on the leadership development side, we craft customized professional development experiences. These experiences harness simple, practical, and powerful methodologies with built-in accountability systems to ensure the learning is not lost, but instead put into immediate practice. As the former COO of iD Tech Online, Camps & Academies, I spent 22 years scaling the delivery and breadth of globally renowned STEM education experiences. Joining the team as the 3rd employee, I was an integral force in driving growth, cultivating its award-winning workplace culture, and most recently led iD Tech through a pandemic pivot and into a $200M acquisition.
