LEAD is a non- governmental, independent professional organization that strives to improve society through establishing partnerships between youth and adults, encouraging personal responsibility among the citizens and investing in their personal development. Vision of LEAD Young people, in partnership with the adults, are actively participating in the social processes, take personal responsibility for the current situation, and through continuous personal development, contribute toward better society. Mission of LEAD LEAD’s mission is to detect and to response to every situation and need of the society, by creating institutional change, civic education, encouraging civic activism and offering space for personal and social development.
