Cheryl Smith pioneered coaching as a crucial competency for leadership development. As Vice-President of Corporate Coach U, Cheryl mentored coaches in more than a dozen countries on five continents. She is one of the few International Coach Federation accredited Master Certified Coaches in the world.
Brent Stewart had a successful career in management and sales and won a variety of awards for his communications skills. For many years he led the internationally renowned Pursuit of Excellence program, helping thousands of individuals unlock their personal potential. He is a noted speaker, master facilitator and executive coach.
Both Cheryl and Brent hold Masters Degrees in Leadership and serve as Associate faculty at Royal Roads University. Navigational Coaching is the result of 15 years collaboration.
