Leadspire, a career bootcamp for young students, is a social initiative by a brother and sister duo to give back to the students of tier-2 cities in India. Employability remains a major concern for Indian graduates and there is a fine line that separates success from failure. Leadspire uses the deep, personal experience of its founders who bring 30+ years of top notch professional experience with the world’s most reputed companies like Google, Novartis, and Dentsu. The brother and sister duo originally from Patna, are today global business leaders in the world’s largest MNCs. Together, these two ex-pats from small-town India will coach students on key skills and competencies like business communication, critical thinking, resume writing, interview strategies, emotional intelligence, and overall personality development.
