The Lead Telicom Pvt Ltd has been created for the outsourcing to handle a high demand response to deal with inbound telephone calls on behalf of our UK customers. This has happened due to a few reasons, firstly there was a shortage of competent, reliable staff for some of our customers, with chasing up members of their team!, monitoring them based in the UK. This a time consuming role!. We were approached by some early customers of what was it like in Pakistan to get some good competent staff?. So we decided to have a look!!.
