With funding from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, our dedicated local partners, with the support of Woord en Daad, have crafted a programme that goes beyond short-term aid. LEAD equips individuals with the skills and resources to thrive independently. Through targeted education and vocational training, the programme opens doors that might otherwise remain closed, transforming challenges into opportunities. Empowered by this support, people from both refugee and host communities are gaining the tools to contribute to a shared economy, turning dreams into tangible achievements.
