LeadWellEdu begins from the premise that a healthy staffroom leads to a healthy classroom. If we want our classrooms, offices, and work environments to function at their maximum capacity, we need to take active steps to support individuals working in those environment being asked to meet extraordinary challenges during extraordinary times. For too long, our staff members' and colleagues' wellness and ability to persist has been assumed (and thus, neglected) - neither actively ensured nor actively supported using research-based practices. LeadWellEdu was founded with the purpose of building the resilience, wellness, and capacity of educators and education-affiliated staff members working during challenging times for PK-16 education. With hands-on experience developing and leading employee wellness programming before the COVID-19 pandemic, LeadWellEdu is a recognized leader in the emerging employee wellness space. Taking direct aim and the recruitment and retention crises facing America's workforce, LeadWellEdu provides wellness programming and consultative services that will help organizations develop positive Leadership practices, maximize employee Wellness, and implement best practices in Education.
